Fitness Boxing

One of the most curious titles to hit the Nintendo Switch this winter is Fitness Boxing, a title released by Nintendo that has sprung out of nowhere at the beginning of this year. Now, however, a demo has appeared on the European eShop, giving players a chance to see what it's all about before continuing and making a purchase.

If you missed the news of it, Fitness Boxing invites players to participate in boxing-based workouts while listening to instrumental versions of popular music hits. By holding a Joy-Con in each hand, you will hit, braid and squat to win with a calorie burn, using the console's motion control features.

The full song list and a game video have been shared recently, so be sure to check them out if you want to know a little bit more. it's a small selection of strange songs in some ways, but we're excited to see a nice range of tracks on offer.

Currently, the demo is live in Europe but not in North America (you can however create a second European account and download the demo anyway). Other details of the eShop show that the game can not be played in handheld mode – probably because of the motion control aspect – and that it will only take 999 Mo space on your system.

The full game will be launched on December 21st in Europe at £ 39.99 and on January 4th at $ 49.99 in North America.

Do you want to try the demo? Tell us how you end up in the comments.
