Maple Leafs Front Office Transformation Continues
The Leafs announced Monday that John Lilley has been promoted to Director of Amateur Scouting.
Lilley had been the director of Leafs lighting in the United States. It is likely that Lilley will have the task of leading the club to the repechage table in 2019 and beyond, essentially taking on the role of Mark Hunter until the spring.
Since Kyle Dubas was promoted to Managing Director in May, Lou Lamoriello and Hunter have left the organization and Brandon Pridham has been promoted to the position of Deputy Director General, among other movements
