Canada's Canadian Alert Ready wireless system (WPA) is still undergoing some testing, and so far it seems to be working well across the country.
The test is available at 13:55 for most Canadians, with the exception of Quebec at 14:55.
Among the few provinces that have already pbaded the test, it seems to work much better compared to the last test of August 1st. These systems are known to have failed in the past, such as Ontario's first Amber Mobile Alert, but were not accessible to everyone.
Canadians on Twitter share messages about the alarm when it is triggered in their province and up to now, except for a few minor issues, it seems to work.

If you have not pbaded the test, your phone may not be recent enough to receive the signal. To receive a public alert, your phone must be able to connect to an LTE network and be accompanied by the latest version of its operating system.
