The average value for homes in Ontario has just been revealed and it's actually inferior to what you might think. Given the size, condition of the homes and the market, the average home is valued at only $ 440,000.

Of course, you will not find this surprisingly affordable price in Toronto a lot, but you do not have to go that far either. In fact, the city of Hamilton, about an hour's drive from Toronto, is one of the only places in Ontario with more than 100 homes priced below the provincial average.
