Tony Parker's time in San Antonio is over after 17 seasons and four NBA championships.
A person familiar with the negotiations said Parker had agreed to sign a $ 10 million two-year contract with the Charlotte Hornets. The person spoke to AP on condition of anonymity on Friday because the agreement was not signed.
Parker lost his first role with the Spurs last season. The move to Charlotte brings him together with former Spurs badistant James Borrego, who became the head coach in Charlotte early in the off season.
