Tornado touchdowns confirmed as warnings in southern Saskatchewan

Tuesday was a busy day for confirmed tornado sightings in southern Saskatchewan, with four tornadoes observed by Environment Canada in one region.

Confirmations began at 16:16 CST after Environment Canada began following a violent storm near Eastend, Sask., And spotted a tornado moving towards the Shaunavon area.

This tornado, in the southwestern part of the province, was an anomaly compared to the following four tornadoes.

The Next Tornado Confirmation came two hours later in the Wood Mountain area, 175 kilometers southwest of Regina, with the tornado at about 6:32 pm

A tornado was confirmed in the same area less than 10 minutes later, about 40 kilometers to Rockglen southeast of Wood Mountain

At 18:57, Environment Canada reported a tornado in the same area.

Another report arrived at 19:28. In the Lisieux area, near Rockglen

At the last word, Environment Canada was following two possible tornadoes in southern communities near the most recently reported tornadoes.
