A teacher from a high school in Toronto was charged as part of an investigation into badual exploitation.
Police say that throughout the month of September, a teacher had "inappropriate badual conversations" with a male student on school grounds.
According to the police, the teacher is employed at the Danforth Collegiate and Technical Institute. The school is located near Greenwood and Danforth avenues.
The members of the Child and Youth Advocacy Center were contacted and conducted an investigation.
Carlo Rossi, 61, of Vaughan, was taken into custody on Tuesday and charged with badual exploitation and incitement to badual touching.
He was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday morning.
None of the charges has been proven in court.
Police ask anyone with information to contact the investigators or anonymously contact Crime Stoppers.
