Starting at 7:30 pm Sunday, the OC Transpo Transitway reopened after Friday's fatal accident at Westboro.
It had been closed between Lincoln Fields and Westboro immediately after the two-stage collision that killed three people and injured 23 others.
According to the City of Ottawa, customers will be able to access service as usual on the platforms starting Sunday night.
The Transitway and all stations will reopen at 7:30 pm tonight. OC Transpo staff will be on hand tonight and tomorrow to help customers. Public health staff will also be available to help runners deal with mental health issues resulting from the Friday accident.

Space designated to pay tribute:
Members of the public wishing to leave a memento or commemorative item to the victims of the collision are asked to leave items on one of the following two temporary memorial sites:

Westbound Transitway platform at lower level; and,
-
The northwest corner of Scott and Athlone (upper level).
The public is invited to gather on the sidewalk of Scott Street, in front of the station, if he wishes to hold a vigil or another rally to support the victims.
