David Foster will travel to the altar for the fifth time after the Victoria native has proposed to singer and actress Katharine McPhee this weekend.
A representative of the grammy-winning producer confirms with Entertainment Tonight that Foster, 68, and McPhee, 34, were on holiday in Italy. A photo of both looking at the ring was published on TMZ, while McPhee wrote in an Instagram post that Foster proposed while on a mountain in Anacapri, near Naples.
This will be Foster's fifth marriage – who was She's already been married to BJ Cook, Rebecca Dyer, Linda Thompson and Yolanda Hadid, and the second to McPhee. The Smash star was married to Nick Cokas for six years, before separating from the talent manager in 2014.
Foster has been married four times and has eight children from previous marriages.
