A self-proclaimed racist was filmed saying that he was ready to kill the children of an Indo-Canadian couple
and he was born of a dispute over a place of parking at a Walmart store

CBC News reported that the man was accused of uttering a death threat.
Police are also investigating whether it was motivated by hate, which would give a judge the option of increasing if the man is sentenced.
