One of Edmonton's largest summer festivals will begin Friday morning with the annual K-Days parade through the downtown streets
The parade begins at 10 am. The colorful sea of floats, balloons and artists will descend Jasper Avenue, from 108th Street to 101st Street, where it will head north up to 103rd Avenue.

The Two-Hour Show will be broadcast live on Global Edmonton's Facebook page and on Global News.
This year's parade will be animated by presenters Nancy Carlson and Shaye Ganam. Mike Sobel, a weather forecaster, and Emily Mertz, web producer, will also be on the parade route.

This year's parade will be led by Olympic medalist Kaetlyn Osmond of Sherwood Park, as well as by Alberta members of Special Olympics Canada.
The parade launches the 10-day K-Days Festival, which will take place on July 20 -29 on the Edmonton Showgrounds
