To create a WhatsApp backup on Google Drive, you need to turn on a Google Drive on your phone, have Google Play services installed on your phone, and have enough free space on your phone to create the backup. To create the backup, click the Menu icon> Settings> Cats> Conversation Backup> Save to Google Drive> select a backup frequency other than Never> select a Google Account where you want to save the chat history. To manually save your chats to Google Drive, select Menu> Settings> Cats> Conversation Backup. Tap SAVE to begin your backup on Google Drive.
