The finals of the WWE SmackDown Team Tournament were placed after this week's SmackDown Live.
The Bludgeon brothers have been fighting as champions since, the team having virtually no momentum behind her since she won the titles. What allowed them to win the belt throughout the fall and winter has turned into a rather average television since they became champions. This is a fine example of a team that is far better than defending.
The New Day, who already won last week's semifinal match against Sanity, watched The Bar (Cesaro and Sheamus) play the Usos this week.

The match was one of the best team games we have seen on SmackDown for many weeks, there have been several changes in momentum and a lot of falls in the end. The finish came when the Usos went for their double splash of the upper rope on a shot Sheamus. Cesaro jumped into the ring and pulled out one with an uppercut in the air while Sheamus put his knees on the other, immediately then cradling him for the fallen.
The victory by The Bar is good to see in that it keeps the tag team tournament fresh. While The New Day and Usos have been on television for months, The Bar has not done so and it's nice to see them again. New Day vs. Usos would have been something we have seen too often too recently.

After the match, The Bar and New Day faces the mid-ring as fans chanted "New Day Rocks". While The New Day would easily be considered the favorite to win the final match next week, The Bar presents a cooler match against The Bludgeon Brothers that could be a more interesting long-term.
