Before the fifth match, TJ Oshie had a simple request for Caps fans. "DC, I need you to make some noise tonight for my boys. I want to hear you on TV, "wrote Oshie on Twitter.
Oshie, who is probably missing for the remainder of the playoff season because of a bad shot by Warren Foegele, had that and more.
In the third period, the supporters of the Caps started strong TJ OSHIE! songs that could be heard on television.

The vocals started late in the third period after the Capitals' 6-0 victory.
After the match, Oshie went on Twitter to thank Caps fans.
