The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has suggested the universal use of face masks indoors as hospitalizations and deaths from Covid-19 rock the country.
The CDC released the latest morbidity and mortality report on Friday, in which health officials developed recommended public health guidelines amid the pandemic.
The agency has long urged Americans to wear appropriate masks, but Friday’s recommendation specifically asked people to wear masks anywhere outside of an individual’s home.
