The new feature is currently being tested on a small number of users, but it is expected that it will reach everything in a short time. From the same platform they confirmed to Techcrunch the operation.
In principle a new line will be added in the box that appears when one selects the options of a comment (three points at the top right). With this option, as shown in the following image, you can hide the keywords of a comment:
