Detective repulsed portonazo and shot criminals in Concepción

At the intersection of Calle 9 and Hurtado de García, the deputy head of the Brigade de Bouv (Biro) de Concepción, Moisés Medel, was intercepted by another vehicle in arriving home.
The criminals collided with the officer's vehicle and fled, Medel opening fire, taking at least seven shots at the subjects.
One of the criminals was injured in the abdomen and another in the thigh. The latter was arrested and taken to the regional hospital, where he is seriously injured.
Another criminal escaped in a van, which was later found in the Cerro La Pólvora area.
