Intel drones will replace July 4th fireworks

The July 4 is an important date for Americans since it is the commemoration of their independence of the British Empire. Usually the people of this country celebrate with fireworks but a military base has something different planned for this year.

Travis Air Base located in Fairfield, California decided that for the celebration, instead of using fireworks they would have 500 drones of Intel to present an air routine, celebrating the 75th anniversary of the base

These drones – which you may remember have seen in a Super Bowl and at the last Olympic Games – ] are controlled by only one person who is responsible for programming with the GPS of the road of each.

The only problem is that the show will have to wait another day .

Intel announced that he had decided to cancel the presentation on Wednesday "due to strong winds that could interfere with the flight of drones ." The company added that the show was reprogrammed for the July 5 "depending on the appropriate weather conditions."
