During this Thursday, a fatal accident caused a casualty at the agricultural terminal of Iquique, in the region of Tarapacá.
Jasmín Flores Escudero, aged 30, placed an order on the premises.
The young woman died instantly after the impact.
An investigation was initiated at the scene to determine what happened to the machine in question
