Lexie Comeau-Drisdelle can not walk or talk, but she saved her little brother from drowning. She gained recognition for heroin in her hometown of Halifax, Canada.
The small but powerful Lexie was ready to celebrate her 9th birthday with her friends and family, including her one-year-old brother, Leeland.
