Two adults and four miners died following a fire which destroyed a house in the town of Quirihue in the region of Ñuble . The deadly victims would be members of a family.
According to the radio Bío Bío, the incident was recorded around at 16 hours on Tuesday in a housing of light equipment located at the villa Altos de Quirihue which ended up being totally burned. Two other properties were damaged.
After extinguishing the flames, the firefighters found the bodies of two adults and three children while a minor chamber disappeared during the emergency was also found dead among the rubble
"The truth is that the awakening is sad, we are really dismayed" declared the governor Rossana Yáñez to Radio Bío Bío.
