Agreement – Navarro chairs XXVII Ordinary Meeting of Ministers of Education

The Minister of Education, Andrés Navarro, yesterday inaugurated the 27th Ordinary Meeting of Ministers of Education of the Andrés Bello Convention Organization, where he will badyze various strategies and resources aimed at to standardize curricula in the countries. Navarro is leading the meeting, as president of this international organization, and representatives from other member countries are also participating: Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Venezuela.

In the central opening speech, Navarro said that in this meeting he will approve all the programming of the next years in the agreement, stressing that the main project, of vital importance for Dominican Republic, is that "we will ratify the updated equivalence table of all countries." He said the meeting also aims to revive the institution to meet the expectations and hopes that are generated in the member countries.
