Algeciras and AccorHotels approved the purchase of the Atton chain in Chile

The international hotel chain AccorHotels and the Chilean group Algeciras will be the new owners of the Atton hotels in Chile . The National Economic Prosecutor's Office has approved this transaction which includes all the shares after carrying out the acquisition badysis by both companies.

The joint offer, presented last May, was accepted by the shareholders of the company. . The agreement covers the operation of 13 hotels, three projects under construction and 2,259 rooms in Chile, Peru, Colombia and Florida (United States).
