The Executive Authorizes the Travel of the Minister of Economy and Finance, Carlos Oliva to Colombia, to Participate in a Meeting of the Pacific Alliance Finance Ministers , a regional block formed by Peru, Colombia, Chile and Mexico.

This meeting will be held at the premises of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of Colombia, in Bogotá, on 6 July.

The authorization was established by Supreme Decision No. 138-2018-PCM, published today in the Official Gazette of the Official Gazette "El Peruano".

The standard considers that the participation of Carlos Oliva in the said appointment will allow the agreements that are adopted to conform to the economic policy guidelines of the country and the commitments made in the context of other processes. Economic integration such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC).

His badistance, he adds, is relevant as consistent with the goal of consolidating the development and stability of the national financial and economic system. through the harmonization of policies, transparency and the prevalence of the macroprudential approach.

In the absence of Carlos Oliva in the country, the Economics and Finance portfolio will be in charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Néstor Popolizio.
