Two men and one woman were arrested Sunday by the Carabinieri of San José de la Mariquina for their alleged responsibility in the murder of a 36-year-old man, identified as Luis Catalán Neira.
the attack occurred after 14 hours at the victim's home in Calle Los Estribos, in the town of Arturo Acharán, where the detainees had forcibly entered the home to attack Catalán.
Using information provided by the victim's family, Carabineros was able to locate the alleged perpetrators, identified by the following initials: E, E, age 39, with a criminal record; P. E.R. P, 59, with criminal record and Y. A. R. C, age 22, without substance.
The three persons are charged by the crime witness and the wife of the victim, A. C. J, 23 years old.
The three people will be subject to a detention check this morning.
