Finally, the National Corporation of Consumers and Users of Chile (Conadecus) filed a complaint to overturn the decision of the Court of Defense of Free Competition (TDLC) which gave the green light to the agreement melting of roads between Latam and American Airlines and IAG.
The grounds for appeal of Conadecus are based on the risks that this could represent "free competition and consumers could have a concentration".
