The financial corporation Corpgroup Interhold SpA subscribed a credit of USD 22 million granted by Banco BTG Pactual, in order to pay in advance the unpaid debts of the creditor.
Larrain y Asociados Abogados to bank lender in this operation, while the borrower used the services of his internal lawyers. The agreement was signed on June 11th.
The loan was secured by a package of shares issued by Itaú Corpbanca and SMU SA
Previously, the company was known as Corp Group Interhold SA and changed its name to Inversiones CorpGroup Interhold Limitada in January 2012. The company was founded in 1995 and operates as a subsidiary of Corp Group Financial Chile BV
