The tragic death of an elderly couple in the city of Ovalle shocked all of Chile. Lying on his bed, they found the body of Daniel Contreras, 90, and his wife Inelia Miranda, 88, also lifeless. They had been married for six decades.
The funerals of Inelia and Daniel were not in Ovalle, but in Santiago. On Tuesday afternoon, they arrived at the Maipú cemetery, where their family dismissed them.
