Users can now send their photos with confidence with Tinder.
Match Group, Tinder's parent company, announced in a letter to Senator Ron Wyden that crypt photos sent between Tinder servers and the application . it's pretty weird. Apparently, Senator Wyden has just got Tinder to properly encrypt your scan data, so you can do it privately. pic.twitter.com/BniAVUi77Q

These changes were implemented in February, after Tinder was the victim of an attack which allowed the hackers to see profile pictures of people. After the hacking, Wyden asked Tinder to encrypt the photos and this letter that the company says it has been making since February of this year and that it has implemented a new security feature that makes all data skid of the same size on June 19th.
In other words, hackers will no longer be able to see, in theory, the photos of users. So you can easily send all kinds of compromising photos.
