Government must rectify its complaint after writing the family name of Camilo Catrillanca

The Government filed a complaint for obstruction of justice, after the carabinieri who participated in the operation that resulted in the death of Camilo Catrillanca lied about the use from a camera during the procedure.

The document, presented by the Minister of the Interior, Andrés Chadwick, especially in point 3 of the first chapter, states that it should be clarified what happened with the young man from 24 years. "(…) In order to clarify the circumstances in which Camilo Catrillanca Queipul had died, the public prosecutor opened an investigation with a view to generating the case RUC 1801123886-2", says the document.

Up to here, so much better if it was not for a small detail: the comunero's second last name is not correct, because it's Marin, not Queipul's. That is why the lawyers who signed the lawsuit, Ximena Risco and Carlos Flores, had to correct her on Wednesday, November 21, a day after presenting her at the hearing, and send a new one.

"That the name of the lawyer be clarified … deceased in the proceedings, which corresponds to Don Camilo Catrillanca Marín and not as a signal in numbers 2 and 3 of the present complaint (Camilo Catrillanca Queipul)," they said, published in El Desconcierto.
