Mark Hough barely took a sip of his margarita Friday afternoon when he heard the branches snapping and fluttering in his lush yard in Altadena, California.
At first he thought it was his neighbor who was closing his house, but the sound became louder. Hough says, "I got up, I looked through the bushes and there was a bear climbing up my fence."
The sighting was the first of many encounters that the owner had with this bear. Friday In just a few hours, the bear enjoyed Hough's backyard, his hot tub and the badtail that he left behind.
After seeing the bear for the first time, the man entered his home. Intruder "splashing in the jacuzzi to have fun."
Hough recorded the video of the bear bathing in the unheated jacuzzi with the jets on. The creature played with the chlorinator and threw the thermometer in the air, said Hough. "I played big."

A drink and a nap
The bath of the 39 bear only lasted a few minutes, after leaving the water, walked slowly through the yard, "came out of the bushes, walked to the glbad with margarita, threw it and licked," said the House owner.
About an hour later, the American was talking to a neighbor when oak leaves fell to the ground. Hough looked up and saw the bear asleep in the tree.
"So he had his margarita, he had his jacuzzi, and now he is ready for an hour nap," he says.
The bear finally left by the street. After the match, Hough's made two margaritas to make up for what he lost. "It was an interesting Friday to say the least," he adds.
The bears were filmed frequently frolicking around the community stretching out to the city and in the desert.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy, Joana Warren, said the department received six bear observations on Friday, but could not find it.
