From June 28 to 29, the 3rd Congress on Public Defense as the body guaranteeing access to justice and the human rights of indigenous peoples is held in the city of Puerto Ayacucho, State of Amazonas. organized by the Public Defense and with the participation of representatives of indigenous organizations and institutions of the Venezuelan State.
The event was held in Venetur hotel facilities, with presentations of the role of public defense in the promotion and protection of indigenous rights and self-education and Aboriginal law as fundamental values for the administration of justice.
