THE NATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR OF CIVIL AVIATION

DECIDES:

ARTICLE 1.- The Chilean flag company JETSMART AIRLINES SPA is authorized, JETSMART, to operate scheduled international pbadenger air transport services between the REPUBLIC OF CHILE and the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC, using large aircraft, in accordance with bilaterally agreed traffic rights.

ARTICLE 2.- The Company shall operate in accordance with the authorizations, nominations and frequency badignments made by the Government of your country and strictly subject to the provisions of the bilateral framework applicable to air transport, as well as to laws and other national and international regulations. international agreements and reciprocal treatment conditions by the authorities of the REPUBLIC HILE for companies with the Argentine flag that request similar services.

ARTICLE 3.- Before commencing operations, the Company shall submit to the examination of the NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF AVIATION the tariffs to be applied, the insurance of the law, the logbooks and the complaints for their authorization, identical procedure corresponding to any incorporation, replacement or modification of the commercial capacity of their aircraft, as well as their insurance, tariffs, change of address, base of operations and mooring equipment ARTICLE 4.- The Company shall present the operational documentation of the aircraft to be used for the provision of authorized services.
