Irarrázaval has held the position of General Manager since 2008 and previously, since 2005, he was Commercial Director of Iansa.
Previously, he was General Manager at ED & F Man. in Mexico and director of the Central El Palmar Food Company in Venezuela. He was also General Manager of ED & F Peru Man and Commercial Director of ED & F Man in Chile
