This transaction represents an expense of approximately US $ 3.1 million, broken down by $ 700,000 of share purchase and $ 2.4 million of capital increase.

Lipigas added that in 2017, the Dominican company had sales of US $ 14.3 million and an EBITDA of US $ 2.4 million. Last December, badets reached $ 14.3 million and financial liabilities $ 9.8 million.
