Malta rejects the extradition of Alberto Chang to Chile

Starting at 9 am Malta time, the hearing before the La Valleta Court of Appeal began. It defined the judicial future of Alberto Chang after being accused by the crimes of fraud, money laundering and violation of the laws of banks and the stock market in Chile.
