A winery in Mendoza won the World Gold Medal at the Best of Wine Tourism Awards presented in Adelaide, Australia, as part of the Great Wine Capitals event. The prize in the category "Art and Culture" was awarded to the Casa Vigil of Chachingo in Maipú of the agronomist and winemaker Alejandro Vigil .
