Remarkable for its transdisciplinary approach and interest in urban planning and industrial design, the Rios Clementi Hale Studios (RCHS) architectural office opened its new offices in Los Angeles, United States.

A recent article in Metropolis Magazine describes the signing process when designing its new offices to highlight its aspirations.

The move is the result of the lack of space to accommodate the various work teams of the company: fashion, interiors, graphic design, landscape and branding to name Some recognized for projects such as the Gran Park in the historic center of Los Angeles and the Red Line metro station in Hollywood, the company aims to transform the public space.

In light of its work, RCHS was aware of the potential consequences of introducing a potential gentrification process by moving its office to an area dominated by retail stores. The remodeling of a generic plant office seems balanced while being respectful of local residents while meeting its programmatic needs.
