The judge sentenced to six months of imprisonment the retired soldier who vandalized two marks of memory that recall crimes committed during the dictatorship.
The soldier was arrested on Tuesday night and was imputed by prosecutor Diana Salvo The prosecutor states in his application for sentence that the retired military officer, according to the initials CADV, appeared at dawn on June 25 at the headquarters of CALEN (Centro de Estudios Nationales) of the Army to Eduardo Víctor Haedo y República.
