"This person is a partner of Mrs. Liliana Mendoza Alva , who is the sister of the victim, apparently the motive is that Mrs. Liliana Mendoza would have ended the relationship with this man in March and this person, however, in May threatened her and told her that will be remembered from him and give him where he hurts the most " said Colonel Luis Cancho to a local media.
