The Seine and Nestlé seek to train skilled human talent and create new employment opportunities in the food sector, therefore, as part of At the Pacific Valley Convention Center's 3rd Pacific Islands Youth Meeting in Cali, these two entities have signed a cooperation agreement through which more than 500 Colombians can be trained.
The training that will be provided through this alliance includes face-to-face modality programs for the auxiliary, operator and technical levels, and additional training. There will be options available in gastronomy, barista, agro, entrepreneurship, sales and marketing, logistics and operations, and industrial food production.
The agreement will also allow the creation of employability tools, through the Public Employment Agency of the Seine, guarantee the insertion of young people on the labor market, respond to the relevance of their professional profile and meet the country's human talent needs.
Programs will be available in cities where Nestle is present; this is the case of Bogotá, Bugalagrande (Valle), Dosquebradas (Risaralda), Florencia (Caquetá), Valledupar (César) and Mosquera (Cundinamarca).
