These results badume a decline of $ 17.7 during the month of July, the biggest decline since December last year.

George Lei, FX strategist who writes for Bloomberg, told Diario Financiero that the rise in the Chilean peso was due to the rise in the price of copper and "strong local data" that offset the strength of the dollar and the fall of copper
