After 1 pm this Sunday, a major fire broke out in the capital, particularly at the intersection of Alameda and Matucana.

To fight against the fire, it took at least six companies from Santiago and Ñuñoa. Bomberos however indicated that 11 commercial premises had been affected by the incident.

The fire started in the offices of the multi-store Fashion Park, located in this area of ​​the metropolitan area. It appeared that the people inside the premises had managed to be evacuated and that no injuries had been reported so far.
