They denounce the official who authorized the merger between Telecom and Cablevisión

After approving the merger of companies Telecom Argentina and Cablevisión the head of the National Commission for the Defense of Competition (CNDC), Esteban Greco ] was reported in court for alleged violation of duties of incompetent civil servant and inconsistent negotiations.
The lawsuit against the official was filed by the lawyer Liliana Zabala in the court of Sebastián Casanello in the case 12.770 / 16.
Greco "was a member of GPR Economía, consultant specialized in the defense of competition and market badysis and in who advised Telecom, Telefónica and Cablevisión ".

Greco joined GPR Economía until 1 February 2016 16 days later, he badumed in charge of the CNDC . Between 2009 and 2014, he advised companies on issues related to the defense of competition, dominant market position and regulatory issues.
After the approval of the government of Mauricio Macri, Telecom and Cablevisión whose main shareholders are the same as those of Grupo Clarín advanced last Thursday ] in a merger in which jointly offered the services of fixed and mobile telephony, pay television and broadband Internet. Zabala notes also in his complaint against the government for granting them "statutory holidays" to telephone companies and to allow them to participate in the auction public, considering that they have not paid the employee profit-sharing since the privatization of the service.
According to the lawyer, when Entel was privatized in the 1990s, the profit sharing of staff was mandatory in the tender document. Never filled, without taking into account the decision of the Court ("Gentini" case), which urged to pay the corresponding percentage.
