The manufacturer Huawei Consumer Business Group introduced a few days ago its new flagship smartphone family, the Huawei Mate 20 series, which brings augmented reality to everyday life, among other technological advances.
The series, which includes four models (Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Porsche Design Mate 20 RS and Mate 20 X), is powered by the most powerful Huawei processor, the Kirin 980.
Recognizable on the outside by the Matrix camera system, with its iconic four-dot configuration, the Mate 20 series stands out for its performance, its EMUI 9 system and its the outside for its design.
The Longest Life of the Battery
The 7 nanometer Kirin 980 processor contains 6.9 billion transistors in an area that fits on a fingernail. It is 75% more powerful than its predecessor and the efficiency of the other components has been improved: the processor is 58% more efficient, the GPU improved by 178% and the NPU improved by 182%.
The Kirin 980 has a three tier architecture allowing the processor to allocate the ideal resources for each task and extend the battery life.
Thus, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro offers users download speeds of up to 1.4 Gbps. Its high-density battery, with 4,200 mAh, allows the device to charge up to 70% in 30 minutes
