For a day of family riding, Chrissy Teigen served up a great equestrian inspiration.
On Sunday, Teigen shared a photo of herself wearing a black top paired with beige panties. On his feet, the author of “Cravings” sported the most elegant pair of tall black riding boots.
The leather shoes feature a square toe and a slight lace-up detail on the upper. The shoes are also equipped with a golden buckle at the top. Beside Teigen in the photo stood her 4-year-old daughter, Luna, whom she shares with her husband John Legend. For the occasion, Luna was also dressed for the stables, wearing a white button, jeans and pink cowgirl boots.
“First round AND first jeans for Luna,” captioned Teigen. “She had an epic jean meltdown, very nice 10/10 acting.”
Teigen also shared photos and videos from the family’s outing on her Instagram Story, which shows Luna and the couple’s son, Miles, on horseback.

Additionally, Teigen posted videos on Twitter of her boot-breaking and admitted she was “dying” from the harshness of the shoes to wear. She even shared a video of her mother using a massage gun on shoes, prompting Gigi Hadid to share some tips.
“Oil them (a lot) then roll the veal inward like a cinnamon roll, tie a lace around and let sit overnight,” Hadid tweeted to Teigen. Despite Teigen’s struggles, riding boots are an ideal winter shoe choice. The style pairs well with a variety of looks, including denim, dresses, and skirts.
When not on horseback, Teigen’s style can be categorized as boho meets modern. She often wears flowing dresses and shorts with high waisted boots and pants with sandal heels. The mom of two also adores feather coats, blazers, wide-brimmed hats and distressed denim. Her favorite designer shoe brands include Saint Laurent, Jimmy Choo, and Giuseppe Zanotti.
