“I just took my first shower in two months,” Teigen began in a video. “I took baths because I couldn’t stand being in the shower. I couldn’t, like, physically stay in the shower.
“I feel really great,” she continued, before thanking the fans for their birthday wishes. “Thank you, I feel very clear and very good.”
“Besides, you have no idea and I can’t wait to tell you someday,” Teigen added. “I realize that you have just suspended yourself supreme. I am sorry. I just want to say it’s been a ride. It’s been a trip and I’m happy to be back.
In September, Teigen and Legend lost their third child – whom they had named Jack – after Teigen suffered a placental abruption.
The couple, who also share daughter Luna, 4, and son, Miles, 2, spoke of their tragic loss, sharing raw and emotional messages from the hospital at the time.
“We’re shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before,” Teigen wrote. “We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite the bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.
“Jack has worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be forever,” she added. “We are so grateful for the life we have, for our wonderful babies Luna and Miles, for all the amazing things we have been able to experience. But every day cannot be full of sun. In these darkest days, we will cry, we will cry. But we will kiss and love each other harder and we will make it through. “
