Clark County Public Health announced on Monday it would stop publishing daily updates on the measles outbreak, and also disable the call center against measles.

Clark County Public Health has announced that it will issue updates if new cases of measles are confirmed or if new exposure sites are identified.

Instead of calling the call center against measles, people with questions about the measles outbreak can call their primary health care provider or the public health department at (360) 397-8182.

Public Health has established Monday the number of measles cases to 70, confirmed and 2 suspects. Of the confirmed cases, 61 are not immunized, 7 are unverified and 2 have received 1 dose of MMR vaccine, according to Public Health. They say that an infected person was admitted to hospital for treatment but that she was released.

No new exhibition site to report.
