On July 20, 1969, while watching television the arrival of Man to the Moon, Febbraro promised that it would forever be the feast of friends . Before the Apollo 11 ship returned to Earth, the doctor sent a thousand letters to a hundred countries from his Lomas de Zamora office and received about 700 responses.

From that day until now, the world remembers the same day the one that Neil Armstrong put his foot on the moon, an Argentine said that date as the "Friend's Day".

This way was institutionalized on July 20 as the day of those who share the tears, the laughter, a good conversation and the same feeling of friendship come together to celebrate this wonderful feeling.
