The streets of Guayaquil will be filled with jubilation with the parade of civic students during which 4,500 people will participate to pay tribute to the city for its 483 years of founding processes that are now fulfilled.
The opening starts at 07:00 with the departure of the six allegorical floats of Las Esclusas at La Victoria Park in Quito and on August 10th.
